Nai Puay Guan
— Principal Trainer
Nai Puay Guan is an Independent Consultant in the Aerospace industry, a Nadcap Auditor and a Shot and Flap Peening Trainer based in Singapore. He has training in mechanical engineering and holds a Master Degree in Engineering (University of South Australia). He has expertise and extensive experience in Aerospace Quality and Process Management, Surface Enhancement Technology, Conventional and Non-Conventional Machining.
Nai had served as Instructor and Examiner of the Singapore Air Force School and was the General Manager of a metal finishing company for many years in Singapore. He is also currently the Technical Director of a surface finishing company. He has co-authored a book on Shot Peening (2006 & 2009) and is a member of the SAE AMECSE committee.

Ryuichi Koyama
— Associate Trainer
Ryuichi Koyama began his career, after graduating from the National Technical College of Nagaoka, with the renowned Japanese company – Mitsubishi Heavy Industries (MHI). He was part of the Nagoya Aerospace System Works division and stayed on for 35 years, where he rose through the ranks from manufacturing engineer to manager during his tenure.
With his vast experience in the aerospace industry, Koyama left MHI in 2005 to join T.F. Management as its senior consultant where he has been providing consultation work to mainly aerospace manufacturing companies in Japan. He is also a qualified ISO 9001 quality system lead auditor.

Zhang Yunxiao
— Associate Trainer
Zhang Yunxiao graduated from the Shandong Industrial University in engineering and has been engaging with the shot blasting and peening industry for more than 20 years. He has extensive professional experience and knowledge in blasting and peening technology including equipment, media and processes.
In 2005, Zhang established AMF International Trade Co. Ltd., renowned for supplying high quality shot peening media, blasting abrasives, nozzles and related spare parts covering both the domestic and international market for the aerospace industry. He is also well recognized for his consultation services and technical support to many aviation companies in China. Zhang has successfully organized and conducted many shot peening workshops in various parts of China and has been co-trainer for these training programmes since 2007.

Dr. YongZhong Liao
— Associate Trainer
Dr. Liao has more than 14 years experience in Aerospace Metal Finishing, and was a PRI Consultant since 2008. He provides the training of chemical processing (which include anodizing and plating) and the Nadcap Audit Preparation.
He has extensive knowledge of metal finishing for the aerospace industry, including Cad (bright and dull) plating, Ti-Cad plating, Anodize, En-Ni, conversion coating, passivation and painting. Combining extensive industrial and academic experience, Yong Liao was a previously a Post-Doctoral Research Fellow with Department of Materials, Loughboroung University, UK.

Dr. Koh Pak Keng
— Associate Trainer
Dr. Koh Pak Keng is currently the director of ECK Pte Ltd, a company which specializes in providing cold spray equipment and services. Dr. Koh also acts as a consultant for companies seeking AS9100 Quality Management System and Nadcap special process certification, specifically in the area of thermal spray, chemical processing and heat treatment. Concurrently, Dr. Koh is also an content developer and examination writer for Performance Review Institute (PRI) which administers the eQuaLified & eQuaLearn training programmes as well as the Nadcap special process certification.
Prior to joining ECK Pte Ltd, Dr. Koh was the Head of the Aerospace Cluster in the Singapore University of Social Sciences, overseeing 3 undergraduate aerospace programmes. And prior to joining SUSS, he was the plant manager of a local small medium enterprise, ADCT Technologies Pte Ltd, which offers plasma spray, electric arc spray coatings, anodizing and chemical cleaning services to the semi-conductor and liquid crystal display manufacturing industries. Prior to that, he was a design engineer for General Electric Aviation with Federal Aviation Authority-Designated Engineering Representative (FAA-DER) authorization and hardware ownership of aircraft engine compressor cases.

Lum Chee Soon
— Associate Trainer
Lum Chee Soon has 29 years of experience in Quality and Special processes with a major US multi-national aerospace prime with last appointment as Manufacturing Transition Manager. Joined the Nadcap auditing program in 2004 and is currently a Lead Auditor and Trainer for Heat Treating, Chemical Processing, Non-Conventional Machining, Surface Enhancement, and Aerospace Quality Systems.
He is a former trainer, founding member of the SQI Certified Quality Supervisor course. Lum served on the Executive and Education Sub-Committee of the S’pore Quality Institute. He is also a founding member of the Heat Treat Society- S’pore Chapter, American Society for Metals. Lum retired as a senior member of American Society for Quality and was a Certified Quality Technician, Engineer, and Auditor.

William Lee
— Associate Trainer
William has Over 40 years of progressive Leadership, Management, Engineering, Operations and Project experience in the aerospace industry. He graduated with an MSc in Strategic Quality Management from Portsmouth University. Over the last 20 years, worked as QA Manager maintaining Part145 MRO accreditation for FAA, EASA, CAAS, CAAC, UK CAA and AS9100 for a Prime in Engine overhaul business.
Since 2012, William is a lead Nadcap auditor auditing special process on welding, Coatings and Aerostructure Assembly and delivering eQuaLearn courses for Welding and Coatings.

Ho Keng Lee

Ho Keng Lee have more than 45 years of experience in Special Process and Quality in
the aerospace industry with a leading US Fortune 500 MNC in Singapore. He is also the
company’s Responsible NDT Level 3 in PT, MT, UT & RT. Vast experience in Nadcap
processes having led Nadcap accreditations for 5 commodities for his company. Have
also audited suppliers all over Asia Pacific in NDT & Special Processes as well as help
developing suppliers and preparation for Nadcap and AS9100 audits.Experience includes:
• Responsible NDT Level 3 and in MT, PT, UT and RT
• Audited suppliers to Nadcap & AS9100D

Ravi Govindan
— Associate Trainer
Ravi Govindan is an independent consultant in the aerospace, electronics and automotive industry for chemical processing, painting, metal spraying, heat treatment and shot peening processes in Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia and Thailand. He has expertise and extensive experiences in Aerospace Quality Systems and Process Management: especially for special processes such as Chemical Processing, Painting, Metal Spraying, Heat Treatment and Surface Enhancement (shot peening). For past 30 years he managed operations, trainings and improvements at many special processes and wastewater plants at various industries.
Ravi has performed numerous activities related to special processes such as designing new facilities, improvised existing facilities, providing technical advice, trouble shootings, trainings and consultation works in many companies across numerous countries including Senior Aerospace Upeca (Malaysia), IAC (Malaysia), SAM (Malaysia), IAE (Indonesia) and Senior Aerospace (Thailand).

Murugan Ramasamy Bosemani has been a Mechanical Engineer with vast experience in the field of Oil & Gas, Aerospace, fabrication industries and Preservation Services for the past 20 Years. I am specialized in Quality Control & Assurance with professional Qualification Certified Welding Inspector involved in the fabrication & erection of Piping/Structural works in new shipbuilding including the construction of FPSO, Turret, Drillship, Semi-submersible rigs and Jack-up rigs projects. Familiar with Codes in ASME Section IX, Section IIA, IIB, IIC and Section VIII Div.1, Div.2, API 6A, NACE MR0175, API 1104, AWS D1.1, DNV FS101 etc.
